Do I qualify?
- Your home was built and occupied before 2021
- You're replacing an oil, gas, solid fuel or electric heating system (that's what unlocks the €4,000 renewable heat bonus)
- The home passes a heat-loss assessment — a check that it holds heat well enough for a heat pump to run cheaply
- The work is done by an SEAI-registered installer (that's us sorted)
How claiming works
- You don't apply — we do. The application goes in before any work starts.
- SEAI approval usually lands within a few weeks; work can only begin after it.
- The grant is deducted from your bill — you never wait for a refund cheque.
- If the heat-loss check says insulation first, insulation has its own grants and we'll price that path honestly.
