Do I qualify?
- Your home was built and occupied before 2011 (insulation grants reach newer homes than the heat pump grant)
- The area hasn't already been grant-aided for the same measure
- Works are done by an SEAI-registered company to current standards
How claiming works
- We apply before the work and the grant comes off your bill.
- Attic and cavity can be done — and claimed — together, usually in a single day.
- Amounts vary by house type (detached gets more than a mid-terrace); your estimate shows your exact figures.
